We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Sneakers, clothing, and accessories from our shop
Items purchased from our Buy section (if unworn and in original condition)
Due to the bespoke nature of our custom work, all custom sneaker orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
We provide mockups and consultations before production to ensure you're happy with the design.
Items from our Source service are non-refundable as they are sourced specifically for you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please Note:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
We only replace items if they're defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at contact@finlo.shop
For size exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure availability.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@finlo.shop with photos of the damage.
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) at no additional cost to you.
