Finlo is a London-based creative brand specializing in custom hand-painted sneakers, rare sneaker sourcing, and streetwear resale.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or product description errors
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Violation of our terms and conditions

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. This does not mean your order has been accepted—it's simply an acknowledgment that we've received it.

Your order is confirmed when we send you a dispatch notification email.

We guarantee that all products sold through Finlo (excluding custom hand-painted items, which are original creations) are 100% authentic.

All sourced and regular shop items are verified for authenticity before being shipped to you. If you receive a counterfeit item, we will provide a full refund including return shipping costs.

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Additional Costs:

• Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery method
• International Orders: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility
• Custom Orders: 50% deposit required upfront, balance due before shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs processing
• Courier service delays
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Natural disasters or force majeure events

We offer a 14-day return window for eligible items. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached.

• Pay all applicable customs duties and taxes for international orders
• Not resell custom-designed items as your own work
• Respect intellectual property rights of brands and artists

Finlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
